D8, currently celebrating its 20th anniversary, has built its reputation and client-base, from Belle and Sebastian to Beam Suntory and the BBC, on lasting client relationships. We are looking for an experienced account handler to join our client services team and deliver the highest standards of customer service for market-leading clients across food and drink, arts and entertainment and global charity sectors.
You must have at least 5 years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment. Working within a team, you’ll be the primary client contact and responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget, whilst working closely with the creative team and developing the client relationship, including understanding of the markets in which they operate. The role covers both online and offline delivery, so experience in both would be preferred.
