Responsible for the development, implementation and management of all digital marketing strategies and campaigns, which support and deliver client objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify and convert opportunities with existing clients and design marketing strategies to promote client websites and/or drive specific promotional and campaign activity.
Leading client projects to create digital marketing strategies to deliver improved ROI, increase growth and deliver on KPIs.
Working collaboratively across the agency to identify and develop new business opportunities from both existing and new clients (including proposal writing, audits, presentations and pitches).
Creating strategies and then implementing Google Ad campaigns, returning a positive ROI.
Identifying and supporting opportunities for online media buying, display advertising and re-marketing - managing strategic relationships with partner media agencies.
Managing and optimising client budgets for ad spend to ensure they achieve projected ROI.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Having an understanding of traditional marketing channels, and how to integrate with digital to drive omni-channel campaign strategies.
Analysing campaign performance and using a continual test, review, refine model to ensure the highest level of efficiency across Paid, Owned and Earned media channels (e.g. PPC, Social Media, Email etc) using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Delivering confident, impactful and high quality communications and presentations to both current clients and at pitches to new clients.
Reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Working with wider digital team on analysis of website performance for new and existing clients.
Driving the digital marketing strategy for D8, building strong relationships both internally and with partners.
Overseeing a Social Media and Content Exec and ensuring all activity is aligned to client objectives.
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience of digital & marketing, and proven results – including planning, scheduling & prioritising, customer targeting and channel management.
Experience of working with media agencies.
Strong presentation skills
Experience of direct client liaison
Experience of shaping client strategy and converting this into tactical activity.
Effective budget management to maximise return on investment and drive commercial performance.
Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
