Harris Tweed Hebrides is the largest producer of the iconic fabric made exclusively on the isles of Lewis and Harris, exporting worldwide to customers such as Alexander McQueen, Chanel, YSL and Paul Smith.
We paved the way for a £2m expansion with a brand refresh, digital marketing and a new website.
The ongoing objective is to drive and increase trade demand by distinguishing the company from the other mills on the island, positioning it as the ‘mill of choice’ for high quality cloth, industry-leading expertise, design, colour and customer service. Simultaneously, we have to provide an effective and profitable multichannel route to market (B2C) for retail stock.
A period of research, including time spent on Lewis and Harris, helped us capture the essence of the place, process and people at the heart of the business; the same essence that now permeates the company’s visual and verbal identities.
We evolved the existing marque to increase impact at all scales on all media, shot a brand film, art directed photography, designed and developed a new website - which features an e-commerce shop and look book of the brand’s celebrated collaborations - and provided digital marketing strategy and guidance.
